Job Description Job Description Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent food manufacturer is seeking talent acquisition coordinator to join their team! Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job Summary: · Pay: $23-$25 per hour · Shifts Available: Office Hours 8am-5pm (Remote Position) * Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates * Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience * Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate and interview data * Assist with job postings and ensure roles are properly advertised across platforms * Prepare interview materials and organize candidate documentation * Support onboarding logistics, including offer letters, background checks, and new hire setup coordination * Monitor recruiting metrics and assist with reporting as needed * Help improve recruiting processes and contribute to operational efficiencies * Partner with HR and hiring teams to ensure compliance with company policies and hiring procedures Talent Acquisition Coordinator Qualifications: · High School Diploma or GED is required · Previous recruiter experience for a food manufacture industry required · Previous ATS tracking system experience required - Previous text scheduling platform system required (similar to Paradox) Why Peoplelink Staffing? · Medical, Dental, Vision & Life insurance available · 401k available after reaching hours worked requirement · Direct Deposit Programs Peoplelink Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry for the past 33 years, continues our vision of 'linking' communities through employment.
