Registered Nurse - NICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with NICU specialization for a travel assignment. The role involves providing dedicated neonatal intensive care in a dynamic healthcare setting, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions continuously.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately following protocols.
• Educate families on neonatal care and provide emotional support.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient progress and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with NICU experience of at least 1 year.
• Possess CPR and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
