About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for an exciting 96-day assignment in Texas, offering a flexible schedule of 5x8 or 2x8 & 2x12 shifts. This role involves providing medical direction, performing spinals, and managing a diverse range of cases including Gyn, ortho, neurospine, general, urology, endoscopy, IR, some CV (or open hearts), vascular, and robotic procedures, serving adult, geriatric, and adolescent patient populations. Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide medical direction for anesthesia care.
• Perform spinal anesthesia procedures.
• Care for adult, geriatric, and adolescent patient populations.
• Manage a variety of surgical cases including Gyn, ortho, neurospine, general, urology, endoscopy, IR, some CV (or open hearts), vascular, and robotic procedures.
• Adhere to professional and ethical standards, maintaining a clean malpractice record.

• EMR: Epic
• Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Setting: Inpatient
• Call schedule: No call required
• OR cases volume: 400-500 per month; 250 deliveries per month
• LOA: 96 Days
• Staffing mix: 2-4 MDs and 8-10 Anesthetists per day across 14 operating rooms
