Full Charge Bookkeeper

Our client is a Boutique Law Firm based in Miami, looking for a Bookkeeper to oversee accounting for the growing firm. Duties Your primary responsibilities will focus on managing the daily accounting/bookkeeping process for rapidly growing Law Office Coordinate the monthly and year-end financial close on a timely basis. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Balance and maintain accurate ledgers Prepare bank reconciliations Prepare financial reports Process Payroll Assist with Billing and Pre-Billing Other duties as required Desired Skills & Experience Ideal candidate will have 5 + years experience in a similar position Candidate must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently and, in a team, setting.
