About the Job Accounts Receivable / Collections / Bookkeeper Are you looking to work with a stable company that appreciates what you have to offer? If you answered yes, continue reading. We are a local distribution company that has been in business for over 25 years seeking a Collections/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a long-term team player, many of our employees have been with us for over 10+ years! Responsibilities:
- Ensure that payments are made for deliveries according to terms.
- Post checks in accounting software (daily).
- Scan checks for remote deposit (daily).
- Send out statements via e-mail (weekly).
- Enter credits.
- 5+ years of experience in AR and Bookkeeping.
- Excellent Computer skills, Word/Excel.
