Entry Level Automotive Technician As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience in one of Goodyear’s Auto Service centers, learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service. Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training. About the Role – What Skills Will You Learn Basic automotive services such as tire mounting and balancing, tire repairs, oil changes, filter replacements, and more. Hands‑on training with mid‑ and senior‑level technicians to learn additional automotive services. Excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles. Teamwork to deliver on guest expectations. Strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation. Manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
