For more information, visit corporate.carrier.com or follow on Carrier social media at @Carrier.**About this role:**The Senior Quality Manager leads the quality systems and processes at a Carrier manufacturing facility, ensuring product and process conformance to standards while driving a strong quality culture.**Key Responsibilities:*** Leads the quality management systems and their compliance.* Ensures product and process quality across the operation.* Manages internal/external audits and ISO 9001 certification.* Leads and develops the quality team.* Drives quality problem-solving (8D, root-cause analysis).* Owns quality KPIs (PPM, COPQ, FTY) and improvement plans.**Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree.* 8+ years of quality experience, including 3+ years leading quality teams.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or Quality Engineering or a related field.* Strong command of quality management systems, core tools and ISO 9001.* Experience managing internal/external audits and achieving/maintaining certification.* Proven ability to lead quality problem-solving (8D, root-cause analysis) and drive corrective actions.* Track record improving quality KPIs (PPM, COPQ, FTY).* Six Sigma Black Belt or Lead Auditor certification preferred.* Experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing environments.* Six Sigma Black Belt / Lead Auditor certification.* Strong leadership and results orientation.**Pay Range**The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually.
