We continue to lead because of our world-class, inclusive workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.The Quality Manager manages quality assurance processes at a Carrier manufacturing facility, ensuring product conformance and customer satisfaction while leading inspection and quality-engineering teams.Key Responsibilities:Manages product and process quality assurance.Leads the inspection and quality-engineering team.Tracks quality KPIs (PPM, FTY) and drives action plans.Manages customer complaints and root-cause analysis (8D).Ensures compliance with quality systems and audits.Champions a quality culture on the floor.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.5+ years of quality experience, including managing inspection/quality-engineering teams.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employer sponsorship is not available for this role.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or Quality Engineering or a related field.Strong knowledge of quality systems, core tools and ISO 9001.Experience owning quality KPIs (PPM, FTY) and driving action plans.Proven ability to manage customer complaints and root-cause analysis (8D).Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.Experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing environments.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually.
