Construction Laborer - Erosion Control

Location: Stillwater, OK (travel to local project sites)

Pay: $20–$22/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:00 PM (or until the job is completed)

We are seeking hardworking and dependable Construction Laborers to support erosion control and commercial construction projects. This position involves installing and maintaining erosion control measures, operating equipment and tools, performing physical labor outdoors, and ensuring all work is completed safely and according to project specifications. • OSHA 10 certification required.
• At least 6 months of construction, general labor, landscaping, or related outdoor work experience.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions.
• Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, tractors, or similar machinery is preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stillwater, OK.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
