Sr. Procurement / Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities
- Implement strategic procurement initiatives and complex category strategies across global operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance and reduce costs
- Develop and execute sourcing solutions while building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously; drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Engage stakeholders at all levels through presentations and strategic recommendations
Requirements
- Advanced degree plus 6 years procurement experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years in large multinational organizations
- Strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management expertise
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop business cases and identify cost savings
- Project management capabilities for complex global initiatives; CPSM, CPIM, or equivalent certification preferred
- Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP, ERP systems, spend analytics platforms
- Negotiation skills and ability to influence in matrix environments; excellent communication abilities
- Life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience preferred; knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
