Role Description This full-time Business Development Manager role is a hybrid position based in Laguna Niguel, CA, with a mix of on-site and work and in the field responsibilities. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and develop partnerships with property managers, insurance professionals, plumbers, HVAC specialist and other referral sources. Daily activities include prospecting, conducting client meetings, presentations, counter days tracking pipeline activity, and collaborating with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. The role also involves researching local market trends, contributing to sales strategies, representing the company at networking events, and providing regular performance reports to leadership. Qualifications Business development, sales, or account management experience, preferably in restoration, construction, property management, or related services. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Solid communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional presentation abilities. Capability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop practical strategies to grow revenue. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) to manage leads, contacts, and reporting. Strong organization and time management skills, and comfort working in a hybrid environment. Valid driver’s license for client visits and local networking activities. Prior experience collaborating with operational or field teams to align client expectations with service delivery.
