Solenis is a 2025 Best Managed Company Gold Standard honoree.For additional information about Solenis, please visit or follow us on social media.As Sr FP&A Analyst you will play a critical role in strengthening financial discipline across plant operations, improving costs control, identifying cost savings opportunities across manufacturing and supply chain activities, and enhancing decision-making through data-driven analysis. By connecting financial results to operational activities, you will help identify risks and opportunities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure alignment with overall business and P&L objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead financial support for plant operations, including monthly close, variance analysis, and performance reporting;Partner closely and collaboratively with plant leaders to monitor performance, explain variances, and drive accountability to budget and forecasts;Analyze manufacturing and supply chain costs, including production, inventory and logistics to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities;Contribute to and support budgeting and forecasting processes for plants and supply chain operations;Review and manage inventory performance, including excess/obsolete inventory, write-offs, and operational drivers;Provide insights into cost absorption, production volumes, and operational efficiency;Support product costing and margin analysis for existing and new products.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.5 years + of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Controlling (depending on seniority)Manufacturing/Plant Finance and cost accounting is an absolute mustStandard costing and cost absorption analysisInventory analysis;Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel required; reporting tools preferred);Ability to interpret complex data and effectively communicate insights;Strong financial planning, budgeting and forecasting background;SAP or ERP systems;Strong business partnering skills; ability to influence without authority;High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving mindset;Strong communication and interpersonal skills.This role will be hybrid in Wilmington, DE.#LI-DS1#LI-HybridWe understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
