Full-Time CityGate Grille Dishwasher

Reports to: Executive Chef Status: Hourly Non-Exempt Compensation Range: $17.00-20.00/hour, commensurate with experience and education. Age Requirements: Must be 18+ Role Summary The dishwasher maintains an immaculate and efficient kitchen by cleaning all dishware, china, crystal and silver, pots and pans, stocking cleaning products, emptying trash bins, and replacing garbage bags. Assists in the breakdown and cleanliness of buffets. Responsibilities Properly wash, clean and dry dishes according to health department guidelines. Set up station and ensure that the work area is operated efficiently. Restock items as needed throughout the shift. Support all training of other staff members as needed. Inform supervisor of any kitchen equipment or machinery that is not working properly. Assist in the cleaning, sanitation and organization of the kitchen, walk‑in coolers and all storage areas. Follow all CGG departmental policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent education. Experience: One year of experience as a dishwasher preferred. Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures. Ability to work in a team environment. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to 8 hours. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. Must have a neat and clean appearance and uniform.
