We’re seeking a Client Service Manager who can lead by example—balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day service execution to ensure every client experience is seamless, timely, and exceptional. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both managing people and processes while staying directly engaged with client relationships and complex service needs. You’ll mentor a talented service team, coordinate with advisors and custodians, and act as the central hub ensuring accuracy, accountability, and excellence across the client experience. Competitive base salary + performance bonus + profit sharing + cash balance plan Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match Direct visibility with firm leadership and opportunity for advancement Lead a collaborative, high-performing service team in a growing $1.3B+ RIA Influence process design and help shape the client experience model A culture that rewards discipline, teamwork, and long-term thinking What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day operations of the Client Service team and ensure timely completion of all service tasks Manage high-net-worth client relationships with professionalism, responsiveness, and care Handle complex service work including transfers, distributions, trust changes, and entity account maintenance Train, mentor, and support Client Service Associates to enhance skillsets and consistency Collaborate with advisors, planners, and operations to deliver a unified client experience Partner with custodians (Fidelity and Schwab) to resolve escalated service issues Maintain task systems, service dashboards, and workflow reporting Drive continuous improvement across client service processes and documentation standards 5+ years of client service or operations experience in an RIA or financial services firm Prior experience managing or mentoring a small team strongly preferred Advanced knowledge of custodian systems (Fidelity, Schwab, etc.) Strong relationship management and communication skills Excellent organizational discipline and attention to detail under deadlines Experience with Redtail, Orion, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office Suite Must be based in Las Vegas and available to work on-site (non-negotiable) This is for those who can lead with precision, build trust through consistency, and bring order to complexity.
