A rewarding contract position is available for a qualified school psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services in a supportive educational environment. This flexible opportunity welcomes full-time, part-time, and hybrid (in-person) professionals.

Key Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or equivalent
• Valid Minnesota school psychologist license issued by PELSB
• Commitment to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive support for all students
• Proficiency in evidence-based approaches to assessment, intervention, and mental health supports
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities

Preferred Experience:

• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility
• Previous service within an MTSS framework and consultative, problem-solving support
• Leadership and adult learner facilitation skills
• Expertise in crisis prevention, intervention, and related mental health frameworks
• In-depth familiarity with federal/state special education laws and compliance
• Prior work in urban, multicultural school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Support K-12 (excluding early childhood) with psycho-educational assessments, interventions, and recommendations
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to foster student success
• Consult and facilitate problem-solving processes supporting strong academic and mental health outcomes
• Contribute to MTSS implementation, data-driven decision-making, and special education programs
• Provide crisis support and contribute to a safe, inclusive school climate
