We’re looking for a driven Plumbing Sales specialist who knows how to build trust, create solutions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you’ll meet directly with homeowners, assess plumbing installation needs, and provide customized solutions that improve comfort, safety, and peace of mind.

- $120,000+ uncapped commission position. Based on a target sales of $2 million per year.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems
- Experience in estimating plumbing projects (field or sales background)
- A passion for educating customers - not pressuring them
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using technology for scheduling, CRM notes, and estimates
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- An active Plumbing license is NOT required - but a strong understanding of the work absolutely is.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare accurate estimate for a wide range of residential plumbing solutions to ensure competitiveness, profitability, and growth
- Following Cardinal's proven sales process to build trust and offer tailored options
- Clearly communicating technical solutions in a way homeowners understand
- Working closely with our install and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
