Randstad Tullahoma is looking for a high energy recruiter to assist us in our office.  Hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm- Pay is $24.00. If you have experience with high volume recruiting and excel at customer service please continue to read and apply!

A Day in the Life

• Kickoff & Strategy: Start your morning in our Tullahoma office alongside a supportive team. You’ll align with Account Managers, review high-priority client needs, and map out your day.

• Cutting-Edge Sourcing: Tap into Randstad’s industry-leading technology. You’ll manage direct applicants from our proprietary site and premium partner channels, giving you a distinct competitive edge.

• Proactive Engagement: Connect with top talent through targeted searches, cold outreach, and creative networking to uncover hidden gems in the market.

• The Matchmaking Process: Evaluate candidate strengths, guide them through the interview process, negotiate competitive wages, and place them in roles where they will thrive.

• Ongoing Partnership: Build long-term relationships with both your candidates and contractors, serving as their trusted talent partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Nurture: Develop a robust, pipeline-ready database of qualified candidates.

• Source & Screen: Proactively search, interview, and assess candidate strengths against specific client requirements.

• Collaborate: Partner closely with Account Managers and Sales Teams to ensure seamless talent delivery and business growth.

• Close & Negotiate: Present offers, negotiate wage rates, and sell candidates on positions that align with their career goals.

• Manage Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for placed contractors, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and support.

Responsibilities

• Concentrate on our candidates
• Build a candidate database
• Source, screen and make the match for our clients
• Work with account managers
• Evaluate candidate strengths versus client requirements
• Negotiate wage rates
• Close and sell candidates on the positions that are the best fit for them
• Partner with our sales team to ensure the right match is made
• Manage contractors and relationships
