Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist serving a diverse student population throughout the academic year beginning August 2026 through June 2027. This full-time role spans several educational settings and focuses on supporting students at various stages of their learning journey.

Work closely with students at Nettle Creek (general education – 5 students), River’s Edge Academy (ED/BD – 15 students), Saratoga Autism program (12 students, 3 consults), and the Transition Learning Center (5 students, 6 consults). With a schedule of 35–37.5 hours per week, this position ensures you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while developing individualized treatment plans and supporting educational goals.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Confidence managing varied caseloads, including general education, ED/BD, and autism spectrum
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to consult with staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and provide direct and consultative speech-language services
• Evaluate student progress and maintain up-to-date records
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student goals
• Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing program improvement
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet individual student needs
