Lobby Ambassador

Job Summary The Lobby Ambassador is responsible for delivering amazing client and guest experiences, ensuring that all customers and visitors are assisted warmly, professionally, and friendly. This client‑facing role combines service passion, people skills, and hospitality enthusiasm to provide seamless, consistent service at every touchpoint from pre‑arrival to departure. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Enthusiastically welcomes guests, anticipates their needs, and assists with arrivals, departures, and office orientations Engages visitors, employees, and callers to make them feel warmly welcomed and assists in a timely manner Maintains visible engagement, schedules site walks during reduced reception coverage, and assists customers with their needs Pairs services to guests’ needs effectively Serves as a resident expert with contacts in local cuisine, hotels, and knowledge of special attractions and events Builds connections and networks throughout the hospitality industry Collaborates with clients, customers, and support teams to anticipate needs, identify issues, and deliver creative solutions Familiarizes with all services in the facility and works with internal facilities teams to promote a hospitality approach across services Prepares arrivals, anticipates and addresses concerns, and ensures operations proceed without incident Demonstrates confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills Supports meetings, reception, personal support, and mail room operations where applicable Acts as a central contact point, providing information and wayfinding for campus, services, and activities Manages building access and security protocols, determining authorized entry Collaborates with catering services to ensure conference rooms are properly prepared with necessary amenities Liaises with building services for site maintenance coordination and check‑ins Provides support for other duties and projects as business needs require Supports mail services where applicable Implements and monitors standards of service to exceed expectations Required Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Ability to travel 20–25% between three Massachusetts locations Ability to work the first shift schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Strong customer service orientation with hospitality background Physical ability to perform frequent walking between sites and standing for extended periods Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Desired or Preferred Experience and Technical Skills Minimum 2–3 years of previous customer service, hospitality‑related experience People person who creates experiences beyond expectations Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities Excellent communicator with professional spoken and written English fluency Ability to multi‑task and prioritize while maintaining elevated guest experiences and accuracy Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Proactive self‑starter with creative problem‑solving abilities Working knowledge of a range of information technology tools and platforms Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Experience with ticket generation systems Compensation USD 50,505.00 – 50,505.00 per year (estimated) Location On‑site – Boston, MA, Boxborough, MA, Maynard, MA Benefits 401(k) plan with matching company contributions Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care Paid parental leave at 100% of salary Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
