HVAC Installer - Experienced $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified CandidatesRedlands Plumbing Heating & Air - Redlands, CAJoin a trusted, locally owned company that has proudly served the Inland Empire for over 127 years.Job Title: HVAC Installer - ExperiencedPay: $32.00-$40.00+ per hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends as neededPosition Overview: Lead residential HVAC retrofit and replacement installationsPerform light commercial retrofit and equipment replacement projectsManage installation crews and oversee job completionComplete full HVAC installations from start to finish, including:Full cut-in systemsResidential retrofitsHeat pump installationsUltra Low NOx systemsR-454B equipmentSingle- and multi-zone mini-split systemsVRF systemsDuct systemsLight commercial HVAC equipmentDiagnose HVAC system issues when neededInstall ductwork and perform duct cleaningInstall gas piping and TracPipe systemsInstall refrigerant line setsWhy Join Our Team?
