Qualifications for a Lead HVAC Service Tech 1 year of experience as a Service Technician. 5 years preferred Strong customer service and communication skills A valid driver\'s license with an acceptable driving record Willing to undergo a drug test and background check upon hire Motivated person Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment?
