As we grow, we are seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives who are ready to contribute from day one. Who We're Looking For: This position is NOT entry-level. We are specifically seeking inside sales professionals who: Have at least 2 years of successful inside sales experience , ideally in an inbound high-volume or call center environment Consistently meet or exceed quotas and are motivated by performance-based earnings Are skilled at consultative selling, uncovering customer needs, and closing on the first call Excel at working with CRM platforms and using data to drive results Communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively Can upsell and cross-sell without sounding scripted or pushy If you're tired of generic sales roles and want to join a company where your results directly impact your earnings and career growth , this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
