Medical Assistant

Treasure Valley Plastic Surgery & Med Spa is looking for an energetic, motivated, and personable Medical Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a patient-focused environment centered on exceptional care and service. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a positive, team-oriented setting and will be comfortable balancing clinical care, customer service, front-office responsibilities, and social media content support. This is a versatile position that includes both clinical Medical Assistant responsibilities and front-office duties, along with opportunities to help showcase our practice through engaging social media content. Responsibilities: Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures Prepare and turn over treatment and procedure rooms Support plastic surgery and Med Spa patients throughout their experience Assist with patient check-in, scheduling, phones, and other front-office responsibilities Help create, capture, and organize engaging social media content that reflects our services, team, and patient experience Assist with photos, videos, stories, reels, and other content for social media platforms, as appropriate Contribute creative ideas for social media posts and promotional content Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked clinical areas Help with inventory and day-to-day office needs Work collaboratively with our clinical, administrative, and Med Spa teams Provide friendly, professional, and exceptional patient care and service We're Looking for Someone Who Is: Highly energetic, motivated, and dependable Committed to creating a positive patient experience Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with patients Creative and comfortable contributing to social media content A team player who is willing to help wherever needed Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment Professional with excellent communication skills Comfortable performing both clinical and front-office responsibilities Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute Additional Skills That Are a Plus: Spanish-speaking/bilingual Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, or a Med Spa Social media, photography, videography, or content creation experience Schedule: This is a part-time position, approximately 3 days per week. Flexibility with scheduling is preferred.
