Position: SAP OTC & Sales Distribution Consultant- CPG S/4HANA ATP DTC Distribution

Location: Atlanta GA (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead SAP D2C/OTC/SD solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare for Client commercial, supply chain, S/4HANA, and fulfilment transformation programs.

Optimize demand capture, ATP/aATP, order promising, direct-to-consumer distribution, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, EDI, and customer integration across high-volume CPG operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end-to-end SAP SD/OTC and D2C process design from demand capture through order promising, shipment, billing, and cash application.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, configuration, functional specifications, testing, and deployment planning.
• Configure and support sales orders, pricing, output, delivery, billing, returns,
• credit, intercompany, and customer integrations.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, eCommerce, and Master Data teams.
• Drive improvements in ATP accuracy, order cycle time, OTIF, perfect order, fill rate, billing quality, and revenue leakage, integration with external systems.

FULFILLMENT EXPERTISE

• Hands-on knowledge of Available-to-Promise, Advanced ATP, product availability checks, backorder processing, product allocation, and order prioritization.
• Ability to design order promising rules for constrained supply, promotions, strategic accounts, eCommerce, and direct-to-consumer fulfilment.

DTC / DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER DISTRIBUTION

• Experience with direct-to-consumer distribution models, order flows across retailers, marketplaces, distributors, 3PLs, and consumer-facing channels.
