Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - McAdenville, NC

Position Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is seeking a BCBA to join our team in McAdenville, North Carolina (315 Wesleyan Dr, Gastonia, NC). The role supports our mission of providing high‑quality ABA treatment to children with autism and their families. Position Summary The Behavior Analyst designs, implements, and evaluates ABA treatment programs. Responsibilities include conducting behavior assessments, developing measurement systems, overseeing treatment fidelity, supervising Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), and providing parent education. The BCBA also maintains compliance with BACB standards and contributes to continuous quality improvement. Responsibilities Conduct behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans. Develop measurement and data collection systems to track client progress. Provide case oversight and ensure compliance with BACB requirements (approximately 20% oversight). Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing coaching to improve performance. Lead monthly off‑site team meetings and client outcomes reviews. Deliver family training and parent education sessions. Document clinical activities and complete billing on the same day as service provision. Attend regular meetings with BCBAs and other staff. Maintain an ethical and client‑focused mindset, adapting to change and challenging situations. Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem solving. Seek opportunities for professional growth and contribute to evidence‑based practice. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Minimum 1 year of ABA experience (experience with ASD is highly preferred). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Successful completion of a background and reference check. Strong written and oral communication skills. Leadership experience and ability to set and achieve project‑based goals.
