Salary: $85,000-$100,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities

Being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is more than a profession-it's a purpose. Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
Active BCBA Certification (required)
North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
