Total Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus): $93,492 - $116,865

Flexible Hybrid Role: Up to 50% of this role can be done remotely.

License Reimbursement: We cover the cost of your BCBA license renewal.

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity‑affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Uncapped Bonus Potential: Earn more by increasing billable hours.

Growth and Advancement Opportunities: Advance through BCBA levels I‑IV, with reduced productivity targets at higher levels.

Administrative Support: Master’s degree in human services or related field.

Current BCBA certification required.
