Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Periscope, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

• Direct and administer effective physical therapy treatments to prevent disability and alleviate pain, ensuring the highest standards of clinical appropriateness and documentation.
• Evaluate each client's functional abilities through comprehensive diagnostic assessments, including muscle, nerve, and joint testing, to inform personalized treatment plans.
• Oversee and guide Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring the accurate implementation of care plans and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to address changes in the patient's condition.
• Facilitate patient and family education regarding therapy devices and management of the treatment process, enhancing patient engagement and autonomy.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences to refine treatment strategies and optimize patient care outcomes.
• Complete all required clinical records, including initial evaluations and progress notes, ensuring compliance with governmental and agency regulations.
• Contribute to community outreach initiatives to educate and advocate for rehabilitation services and overall health improvement.

Compensation and Benefits
