Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and movement capabilities to diagnose dysfunctions accurately.
• Develop individualized treatment plans considering patients' unique goals, preferences, and functional needs.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercise techniques, ensuring they understand proper usage and benefits.
• Implement a variety of interventions, including manual therapy, aquatic therapy, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation, as appropriate.
• Assist patients in using therapeutic aids, such as wheelchairs, walkers, and other adaptive equipment, to enhance mobility and independence.
• Keep detailed and organized records of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and goals while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Facilitate in-home exercise programs and educate families on how to best support the patient's rehabilitation journey.

Compensation and Benefits
