Work Environment

This position is located onsite at our state-of-the-art outpatient office in Manassas, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' needs and physical capabilities, creating individualized treatment plans that address their specific goals and conditions.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including exercise programs, stretching techniques, and hands-on modalities to alleviate pain and restore function.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed, ensuring that therapeutic goals are met efficiently.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on the application of therapeutic techniques and the use of assistive devices to promote independence and mobility.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and outcomes to support quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Continually enhance your professional knowledge by engaging in workshops, networking opportunities, and contributions to professional societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of patients, including children and adults recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proficiency in computer systems.

Preferred Experience
