Customer Solutions Associate

Our clientis seeking a Customer Solutions Associate to join their team. As a Customer Solutions Associate, you will be part of the Customer Service and Supply Chain Support teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Solutions Associate Location: Solon, OH Office (On-site required Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, with eligibility for WFH on Monday and Friday) Pay Range:29 W2 What's the Job? Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently Identify and resolve demand capture failures within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Monitor open orders regularly, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve blocked orders and optimize logistical efficiency Communicate with customers regarding out-of-stock issues, delivery delays, and other order-related concerns Partner with billing teams to resolve billing issues and provide comprehensive order status updates to stakeholders What's Needed? Undergraduate degree is strongly preferred 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, order management, or related fields Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP, BW, and Business Objects is a plus What's in it for me?
