Training

All team members will begin with training on 1st Shift to help ensure a successful transition into their assigned shift.

Welder (MIG/TIG)

Available Shifts

• 2nd Shift
• 3rd Shift

What You'll Do

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on metal components and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Safely operate welding equipment and tools
• Conduct leak testing and quality checks as needed
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and workmanship standards
• Keep your work area organized and efficient

What We're Looking For

• MIG and/or TIG welding experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Dependable team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment

Quality Technician

Available Shift

• 2nd Shift

What You'll Do

• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality requirements are met
• Use precision measuring equipment, including calipers and gauges
• Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation
• Identify quality issues and help drive solutions
• Partner with production teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded

What We're Looking For

• Quality inspection experience preferred
• Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Dependable professionals committed to producing quality work
