Overview:

What you'll do as: Machine Operator

• Feed materials into production machines
• Stack finished products
• Glue and assemble corrugated paper products
• Band and shrink-wrap pallets for shipping
• Enter production information into the computer

Skills and Experience:

Preferred Candidate Might:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Ability to read a tape measure (1/16")
• Basic math and computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Reliable attendance

We understand that just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing demands JIT staffing. Our clients know they can lean on us to get 20 to 200 Onin teammates with a 2- to 8-hour notice. On the other hand, when skill set and longevity are the priority, we customize our recruiting and screening process to ensure our partnering clients have the employee edge with teammates they can hire directly after the contract term.
