Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Florence, Kentucky. This outpatient physical therapy position involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring care is aligned with physician orders and insurance approvals. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Florence, KY
- Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Start Date: 06/22/2026
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with student programs and professional development planning.
- Additional Information: Performs comprehensive evaluations, clinical reasoning, medical record documentation, and adheres to state practice laws and professional standards. Engages in organizational performance improvement initiatives and maintains licensure in good standing. Participates in ongoing professional growth and development.
