To support a growing team, the full-time State Licensed Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant will review and analyze vocational and medical information, collaborate with claims professionals, and facilitate return-to-work services, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assess and synthesize claim file information to provide balanced vocational conclusions Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop and implement vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work plans Deliver vocational training and mentorship to enhance organizational practices and support claims professionals Required qualifications Master's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or a related field Certification in rehabilitation counseling, disability management, or case management 3+ years of vocational experience preferred Proven ability to exercise independent professional judgment in a fast-paced environment Commitment to maintaining professional certifications and staying updated on vocational trends
