Client Services Specialist
Child Care Associates

Conduct parent interviews via phone, in-person, or other virtual platforms. Determine eligibility and process enrollment for child care services. Counsel parents on selecting quality child care providers. Access and calculate parent share of cost (PSOC). Authorize and terminate child care services. Maintain accurate computer and paper records using TX3C system. Educate parents on their rights and responsibilities. Respond to inquiries, complaints, and provide resolution support. Analyze client data to identify service gaps and improve customer experience. Participate in training and development programs to enhance service delivery. Other related duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with at least (3) years of experience in a CCS support position. At least one (1) year of full-time experience in child development, child care programs, customer service or social work. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with all stakeholders. Must be legally authorized to work in US/TX. Position subject to successful completion of background checks. Physical Requirements Must be able to frequently walk, sit, and stand for extended periods. Requires repetitive use of hands, as well as frequent reaching and turning. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
