Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Computer Reporting in Westlake TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As a Security Officer supporting a financial institution location you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols help to deter incidents and provide professional customer service and communication. You will use sound judgment maintain a visible presence and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities in a financial institution setting.
• Respond to incidents access concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of business areas entry points parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points verify visitor and employee credentials as required and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly professional environment by communicating clearly with employees visitors vendors and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
