If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experiencePreferred Additional Experience:One or more of the following:Experience with development and deployment in cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Experience with developing on SQL (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL) and No-SQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Redis) systemsHands on experience in a production environment with one or more of: Public blockchains; consensus protocols; large-scale distributed systems; high availability, and real-time systems; applied cryptography; compilers; any other equivalent / adjacent technologyExperience with using and deploying smart contracts (Solidity contracts and/or Rust based smart contracts).Familiarity with the Web3 frontend stack (ethers.js/web3.js, EIP-1193, client-side private key management, etc)Experience leading geographically distributed teams, particularly offshore engineering teams in South Asia and Asia-Pacific.Professional Skill Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and exceptional follow through and commitment.An ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and hit the ground running on a complex software project.
