They maintain strong and detailed knowledge of new and existing menu items and their packaging. They capture our guests’ walk-in and phone orders; partner with Third Party delivery companies; and facilitate all online orders. Additionally, they collect payment, give accurate quote times, and prepare orders for pickup.
