Position Pizza Chef Responsibilities Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation. Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes. Operate the “Dough‑Pro” machine and prepare dough as needed. Support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift. Prepare all necessary items for the station as required. Practise and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment. Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side‑work duties each shift. Qualifications Three to six months of related experience or training. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: USD $15.92 – $19.92 per hour. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, and disability insurance (state‑mandated offerings as available). CPK’s designated providers administer these benefits and may change them over time. Server, Bartender, Take‑Out, Host, and Busser positions are eligible for tips.
