Workday Consultant 9601 S MERIDIAN BLVD, Englewood, CO Full-time | $80 - $110 hourly Design, develop, test, and implement integrations that connect the Workday platform with internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow for HR, finance, and other business functions. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical integration specifications. Design & Development: Build integrations using Workday tools such as Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and APIs. Testing & Implementation: Configure, test, and deploy solutions to meet business requirements. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and resolve integration-related issues. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and third‑party vendors to ensure successful integration projects. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for integration designs, processes, and best practices. Training & Handover: Train internal resources to support post‑go‑live integration solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Workday integration consultant. Strong technical skills in Workday integration tools and web services (XML, JSON, SOAP, REST). Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday APIs. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
