Professional Service - Business System Analyst


o Analyze CFO Organization owned business processes to ensure adherence to functional program requirements, perform operational risk assessments, and support the enablement of new capabilities

o Responsibilities include maintaining documentation of process flows and descriptions, and recommending best practices on all end-to-end workstreams, including key management reports

o Operational Risk Assessment: Evaluate complex business processes to ensure compliance with policy or regulatory program requirements, identify and assess operational risks and controls, complete root cause assessments, document findings, obtain buy-in for proposed mitigating measures, and track remediation efforts

o Process Documentation: Improve documentation with process owners on end-to-end business processes, by ensuring process mapping and procedures are complete and providing feedback and guidance to business stakeholders to create a culture of self-inspection and continuous improvement

o Process Transformation: Apply Lean/JKK concepts and techniques to lead process improvement initiatives, develop and implement solution recommendations, and leverage organizational Change Management concepts in communication strategies
