Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in powder coating within a manufacturing setting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare parts and assemblies for powder coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
- Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings to metal surfaces.
- Ensure a smooth and consistent application of powder coating, maintaining thickness and color consistency.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products, rectify defects, and ensure adherence to our standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, complying with safety protocols and regulations.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and conduct basic maintenance for optimal operation.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve deadlines and productivity targets.
- Accurately record work performed and materials utilized.
