You will join a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to solving complex business challenges through innovative technical solutions, ensuring that our customers achieve their strategic goals while driving Cisco’s market leadership.Your ImpactYou will act as the primary technical sales influencer, bridging the gap between customer business needs and Cisco’s cutting-edge technology. You will lead strategic planning, design comprehensive cross-architecture solutions, and mobilize virtual teams to land and expand opportunities, ultimately driving revenue and displacing competition.Develop multi-year strategic customer plans integrating the full Cisco portfolio.Lead technical engagements with IT decision-makers and Lines of Business (LOB) to shape technical strategy.Design and present cross-architecture solutions that directly address identified business requirements.Provide active feedback to Business Units on strategic customer needs and competitive market tactics.Orchestrate virtual support teams and resources to move deals through the technical sales process.Minimum Qualifications8+ years of experience in technical sales or a related engineering field.Proven experience leading technical engagements with IT decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders.Demonstrated success in designing and presenting complex, cross-architecture technical solutions.Experience managing virtual or extended sales teams to drive deal closure.Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets by displacing competitors or expanding market share.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.Excellent presentation and communication skills for both internal enablement and external customer engagements.Strategic mindset with the ability to adjust tactics in response to market disruptions.Deep domain knowledge of Cisco’s portfolio and the competitive market landscape.Why Cisco?
