Coordinator - District Work Planning

Guma Warnii Resources is working with our client to fill a Kalgoorlie based Coordinator, District Work Planning role. Short term contract through to January 2027, local, no FIFO, home every night. About the role: Good planning gives people direction and helps them cope with change. In this role your work helps shape a safer environment for everyone across the district. It is a genuine step into a lead position, blending office work with field time, and building real relationships with operations teams, support services and contractors. If you like variety and want your work to matter locally, this one moves you in the right direction. What the role will involve: Plan safe work for medium and high risk operations and maintenance tasks Build Safe Work Packs with on site validation and safety observations Review and improve maintenance plans through feedback and data Support contractor management, minor projects and permit approvals Meet with teams to understand worksites and high risk activities What you will bring: Full Australian work rights, essential Experience in field work scheduling, planning or management Confident with Maximo, SAP and Microsoft Excel Full driver licence and availability for 7:00am debriefs Understanding of water assets is highly regarded This is a contract role through to January 2027. #J-18808-Ljbffr Guma Warnii Resources
