Dental Front Desk Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary:We are seeking a responsible, mature and friendly Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The position is for Mondays (2-3 hours flexible time), Tuesdays (7am -4pm), Wednesdays and Thursdays (7am-5pm) and Friday mornings (7am-1pm). We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal communication skills, great organizational multi-tasking and organizational skills who will provide excellent customer service and work effectively as part of our team. Experience with Dentrix software preferred but not a must.

Duties include:

-Extending a warm welcome to patients

- Answering phones

- Scheduling patients and confirming appointments

- Submitting insurance claims

-Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
