FRONT DESK ATTENDANT

Employment Status: Variable / Flex Shift: Variable Hours (United States of America) Facility: 4508 Starkey Rd - Roanoke Requisition Number: R161009 Responsibilities The front desk attendant registers members and welcomes guests as they enter the club. Enforces the policies and procedures of the wellness center. Promotes and explains all club facilities, activities, programs and services to potential and current members. Registers members and guests as they enter the club and takes membership pictures. Operates the cash register and receives and accounts for all cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Answers the telephone and takes messages as needed. Performs maintenance and housekeeping duties as required, including providing coffee and juice for members. Reports any issues to leadership and assists guests with equipment questions. Qualifications Minimum two years of high school education. Must be at least 16 years of age. Work permit required if under 18 years of age. AHA BLS-HCP certification is required for all staff that open the building daily for business or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. None-required experience. Compensation $12.50 - $16.50 per hour. Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
