Housekeeping Administrator

Position Summary The Housekeeping Administrator provides leadership and oversight for all aspects of housekeeping operations within Housing & Residence Life and Student Affairs. They ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in residence halls and student life spaces through effective planning, supervision, staffing, training, and operational management. The role oversees daily operations, coordinates schedules and special projects, monitors inventory and equipment, and helps ensure compliance with institutional safety, sanitation, and customer service standards. The position collaborates with Housing, Residence Life, and other Student Affairs staff to support student success and enhance the campus student experience. They also handle student move‑in and move‑out planning, coordinate conferences and summer turnarounds, and model quality standards for other staff.
