Moate Industries, Inc Portland, Oregon $35.00 - $40.00 an hour Job Description Wanted: Experienced Parking Lot Striping Foreman with proven experience in parking lot striping, pavement markings, and crew leadership. Must be a self-starter, self-directed, and quality-driven operator. We are not looking to teach you how to stripe, you must already know how to run a crew, lay out jobs, and execute clean, accurate work. If you have a proven track record in striping and can lead a crew to deliver high-quality results, we have an opportunity for you with steady work and room to grow. Job Responsibilities Striping Operations Lead and manage parking lot striping crews Perform layout and striping for parking lots Apply traffic paint, ADA markings, fire lanes, and stencils Re-stripe sealcoated lots and existing layouts Ensure accuracy in layout, spacing, and line quality Operate striping machines and related equipment Maintain and clean equipment Project Execution Coordinate with project managers on job scope and schedule Ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard Track materials and job progress Communicate with crew and management Safety Follow and enforce jobsite safety requirements Maintain clean and organized jobsites Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of striping experience Experience as a Striping Foreman or Crew Lead Must have valid driver's license Strong attention to detail Must be able to lead a crew and hold accountability Strong understanding of striping layout and ADA requirements Must be able to work nights and weekends when required Pay $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) matching Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr A.C.
