Job Title: Coordinator, Business Operations - Pediatrics Division: Pediatrics Work Arrangement: Onsite only Location: Houston, TX Salary Range: $47,372 - $55,731 FLSA Status: Nonexempt Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Summary The Coordinator, Business Operations will support the Pediatric Hematology department's business operations by coordinating procurement processes, managing travel logistics, maintaining schedules and calendars, and preparing correspondence and communications. This position also ensures smooth day-to-day operations through effective organization, attention to detail, and proactive administrative support. Job Duties Prepares and processes purchasing orders. Manages domestic and international travel in the travel management system (Concur). Composes formal and informal correspondence including, but not limited to, creating and formatting presentations. Calendar scheduling and maintenance. Assists with timekeeping. Submits expenses for reimbursement. Inspects and troubleshoot shared department equipment. Facilitate service calls as needed. Provides additional support to faculty members as needed. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Two years of relevant experience.
